Description

Summary

Proposed works: Fabrication of “Power Electronics" to use as a means of; Power Generation; To Generate Renewable Energy for the means of Electric Propulsion Engines (FAD).

By allowing Earth to develop this sort of technology, we can become classified as being an interstellar species. It would be simple to colonize other worlds in our own solar system, or make plans to move on to other worlds out of our solar system.

If Earth had this sort of capability, Earth can learn to manage our waste products, by means of colonizing other worlds, building huge space cities, and starting over with new economies, eliminating the old, in which we rely so much on burning fossil fuels. The technology development itself; “Fabrication of [Power Electronics] to use as a means of; Power Generation; To Generate Renewable Energy for the means of Electric Propulsion Engines (FAD).”, would solve all problems based upon an old and abusive economy that ruins our planet.

Proposals

ELECTRIC POWER GENERATION USING CIRCUIT BOARD OR MICROCHIP III

What actions do you propose?

The proposed technology will be capable of both space-flight and geo-flight. The technology will allow taking off from the Earth, going to outer space, and retuning by means of one craft that stays intact (It comprises of no separate modules that need to be deployed between flights). Many such space crafts can be fabricated. The technology will allow landing and takeoff from many Earth Gravity like planets, or tiny probes of the same technology can be used to explore the unknown. This sort of technology should be set to be developed immediately.

The problem with such an ambitious plan, is that it will not solve Earth's climate change problems very soon, because it does not require implementing any changes directly on Earth to achieve climate change. It requires a mind that understands exploration and colonization, can occur, without facing the harshness’s of doing so. With this new form of innovated technology, a decision to go and explore the vastness of outer space, can simply be a decision than a task that takes many years of preparation. Decisions to explore, or move from one place to another, can happen and be employed within minutes.

Who will take these actions and which types of actors are involved?

Achieving such a goal, must take the help of many organizations. Government grants awarded; With my proposed technology to get all necessary things done; Actors such as NASA; INTEL; And AMD, may play parts in development of my proposed technology. INTEL and or AMD, may be chosen to develop and test devices. The small packaged “Power Electronics” or Somewhat large packaged “Power [Electronic]” devices’ stability and power generation capabilities must be known and understood. That will allow such a project to start on its mission to take flight. A Heavy Hardware Packager and developer such as NASA, can be employed, in using their own workers to build, fit together, and test all packages, connected to form a finished flying apparatus, to be used, as a fully built and flyable, flying apparatus.

Where will these actions be taken and how could they scale?

Impact/Benefits:

What impact will these actions have on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and/or adapting to climate change?

The proposed idea suggested, is "RELOCATION STRATEGY"; Exploration and colonization of outer space. This can be done through the usage of my innovated space travel technology; Colonization, and exploration of other bodies in our solar system, the development of space cities, and making way for interstellar space travel options.

The geo-flight capability of my proposed electric propulsion engines, will be a great tool, in the elimination of many transportation systems. Ground wheel travel transportation, can be eliminated completely, ending a great cycle of fossil fuel usage.

Studied as both a means of travel, and a means of matter, compound, and elemental materials conversion; For instance, as geo-flight commences, how is it effecting Earth’s environment? Is it a good thing or a bad thing? Do we need to avoid using this new technology form on Earth and only use it in outer space, or can we actually manage to do something right for the first time as we use a new form of energy?

What are the most innovative aspects and main strengths of this approach?

This idea eliminates any chances of the Earth saying; “No, we can’t do it. We can’t fix the problem.”. It is “RELOCATION STRATEGY”.

Costs/Challenges:

What are the proposal’s projected costs?

I suppose nothing will be beyond conventional developments (“space.stackexchange.com [cost breakdown for a falcon 9 launch]”):

SpaceX currently sells an "off the shelf" Falcon 9 launch for $61.2 million USD (from 2016). This price has in the past been relatively negotiable. Both MDA Corporation and SES (owners and operators of the CASSIOPE and SES-8 satellites which flew on the first and second Falcon 9v1.1 launches, respectively) paid well under the market value for their flights (CASSIOPE, SES-8).

This launch price is up on previous SpaceX rates for Falcon 9:

· $35 million USD in 2005, 8700kg to LEO

· $36.75 million USD in 2009, with an increasing cost as mission demands increased.

· $44 million USD in early 2010 before the first launch.

· $49.9 million USD in late 2010 after the second launch

· $54 million USD in 2011

· $56.5 million USD in 2013-2014 for Falcon 9v1.1

Prices has since stabilized a bit, NASA for example is paying $87 million USD for the launch of TESS aboard a Falcon 9 in 2017. This roughly agrees with Musk's comments that U.S. government launches will cost approximately $90 million USD. [space.stackexchange.com [cost breakdown for a falcon 9 launch]].

The “Power Electronics”, to power each “[Electric Propulsion Engines (FAD)] …, 1 to 3 prototypes of the power source would cost between $1,500 and $30,000.”. The cost of manufacturing, drops to about $1.5K/unit after the prototyping stage of the Power Electronics R&D, and manufacture for marketing of the devices, is reassured. It would take approximately 2 to 3 “Power Electronics [Power Sources]”, to power each “Electric Propulsion Engines (FAD)”; Basically, one for the engines, and one for the control systems of the craft. The third "Power Electronics" Module, can be used for the engines as well to maximize efficiency.
