Although the concept is interesting, the proposal could be more clearly articulated. Should this be a practice rather than project at this early stage? Is it too early to identify a specific set of stakeholders carrying this forward?
There is no explanation why hydrogen is chosen as a vector rather than electricity or methane gas. There is no analysis of benefits, nor an assessment of costs. At this early stage, there could be an explanation of the stages to go through to take the concept to market. The time line indicated in proposal is too ambitious.
