What actions do you propose?
Female empowerment for women in situations of personal and environmental vulnerability through:
Creation of network recycling of packaging;
Production of cosmetics with vegetable raw material, with non-toxic preservatives. ( There is no a local offer to cover the demand for these products, being supplied by foreign organic products, some non-toxic )
Cosmetics at moderate prices indicated for all age groups from twelve years, especially allergic population, people with cancer, aids, asthmatics
Who will take these actions?
The courses will be carried out with the cooperation of several actors including the Edepa organization.
The roles are distributed in this way:
Collaboration, promotion and presentation of the course by Edepa, Dr. Marjorie Sosa.
Course Manager: Guillermina Willet

Where will these actions be taken?
Venezuela (Vargas) y Brasil (SP)
What are other key benefits?
Education for environmental care for people who never received it, as a form of self-improvement
Use of non-polluting cosmetics of national production.
Creation of a network of producers and consumers of 100 people.
What are the proposal’s costs?
Considering that for the implementation of the project has a budget of 40000 euros
The following percentages are estimated for the realization of this project
50% of the total budget for expenses related to the professional fees of the people involved in teaching, logistics and project management.
35% For the purchase of raw material related to the development of the courses and rental of premises where the course will be developed.
20% For the initial subsidy of material such as labels, packaging of the products with which women will start their business.
25% For the total of 120 consultancies to women who take the course and are committed to developing their network business with the initiative that we present
We look for medium-term results, starting with the administrative stage (4 months-6 months). Stage of teaching courses (1 year). Establishment of producer networks (4 and a half years )
Although we know of the need for our proposal because the population we select requires training and incentive that is not being provided, we do not have long-term prospects for the serious economic crisis affecting Venezuela, for example. We also want to study the reception and implementation of the network to have long-term results.
I did not find another proposal in the area of my project, that is, on the topic of eco-cosmetics as a proposal for female empowerment.
The links that refer me to women's empowerment refer to the production of items related to the production and processing of cassava
