Please focus more on how information generated will be delivered, as well as how it is proposed that the respective communities use this information to anticipate climate hazards
It needs further work on the technical, costing, and timing elements of the proposal. This app needs to be functioning in less than 2 years as the window of opportunity is NOW. The project could be further improved by having a 2 ways information flow, considering the opportunities that farmer have to contribute with agro-ecological information which are dependent on local conditions.
