We, the judges, find that there is a lot of potential in this proposal however, the draft is still in need of further development. Here are the points you should include in your next iteration:
1. Description of which off the shelf treatment technology is being proposed
2. Description of how the sewer pipe is standard related (not clear at present)
3. References that aren't scattered and well organized
