Hi and welcome to the ClimateColab.

Interesting idea but I couldn't find out much about it. The first URL does not work, the second leads to a video in very bad quality. Perhaps you could explain your concept more in detail?

Hello!  I'm Parag Gupta, an MIT Climate CoLab Catalyst.  Please fill out the complete proposal details as soon as possible if you would like feedback.  Are you the innovator behind this work?  If so, what is the current state of the field?  If this is so easy to implement, why aren't more people working towards this goal?  How does your work and proposal differ from that which is going on in billion dollar research and development efforts such as those led by Tesla, for example?  Thanks!
