The judges liked this plan's focus on engagement of the campus community, which is an under-addressed direction for mitigation. It also addressed the use of data from the 'game' to inform further campus climate action.

Although internal competition methods are interesting proposals that have worked before in other contexts, the proposal is not clear enough on how this would be implemented, and the estimated impact requires additional citations to back it up. A better description of the proposed competition is necessary for the revision.
