While this proposal has potential merit, it is unclear what is being proposed: retrofit or rebuild current buildings on campus to meet "green building" standards, or apply green building values and processes to new development?

In revising, this proposal would benefit from clearer structure in explaining costs and strategy. Additionally, tying this concept to specific MIT facilities would be important in clarifying the impact of this proposal.
