At the moment I am preparing to present my proposal at the Crowds and Conference (Tuesday 6th, from 9 - noon @ the Stratton Student Center - 2nd Floor - West Lounge) so I apologize for only having the summary completed thus far. I'll will be building out the proposal soon.
