Love the clarity in outlining the challenge and how you would approach implementing the solution. Also really appreciated how you've identified various stakeholders.
As you develop this further, we recommend thinking about how you would finance this project, particularly at scale. Also, how do you ensure quality of the fabric and a sales pipeline on the back end.

The judges did not have any specific feedback for you to revise your proposal for the finalist judging period, but if you did want to continue working on it, you could potentially include examples on where and how this has worked before, examples of regions that may be ideal for the pilot project (beyond the President of Honduras supporting their textile industry) and further information on the costs of other phases of the project.
