The idea is good but having few contradictions that should be addressed to make this proposal even more good.

1. Focus should be on reduction of food waste

2. If we are mentioning the benefits of processing of food waste then it implies that we are encouraging the food waste.

3. The proposal may define the some restrictions on marriage halls to limit the food per person so that the chances of wastage can be reduced.

4.Awareness campaign in public to consume food properly

5. As this is a project, therefore many aspects should keep in mind and their implications as well.

If possible, then launch this project in small community and then present the feasibility with data that what is the best method to produce the biogas and the implication of it on the people who are associated with the supply of wood and charcoal. What I suggest that every proposal in social science should consider the alternative sources of living for those people who have been relying on the practices which are taken as unsustainable.
