I think that the main problem with large - scale industry is that many don't communicate within it. This conference would fix that.

I think that by getting a bunch of industry leaders and some of their lower level employees together along with a few scientists together in the same room to talk may be the best solution. A huge way to fix many problems in industry today is simply to talk it out. The scientists could pitch ideas to the workers and leaders, who would then think of the best way to go about this. I think it may work by a monthly or bi-monthly meet up system, each time updating all members about everybody's tactics, ideas, and what they have done. Of course, this is not an immediate fix and would take a long time to go work, but talking face -to face is the best way to sort out problems, as it has always been.

Possibly a cool anagram? ILESC? Industry leaders, Employees, Scientist Conference?
