Thanks for your innovative proposal. We would like to help you improve it for the next round. Here is some constructive feedback from judges:

1. Feasibility: please provide more specific technical details of the performance of the SRU Flue Gas Condenser to help us evaluate the water and energy benefits.
2. Costs and economics:
Without any idea of the relative costs, it is difficult to judge the promise of your proposal. Please supply more specifics about any previous installation costs and barriers to adoption that you may have faced or envisage. Are there any innovative financing schemes from municipalities or states or federal govt that you have availed of? What are typical labor costs of installation and maintenance?

The proposal currently indicates the solution becomes economical when carbon emissions are priced at $30/ton. The EU scheme, arguably the most concerted effort to lower carbon by pricing CO2 emissions, never came close to a sustained market-clearing price of $30. Does the solution need to be tied to the carbon pricing scheme or are there other incentives at play? What other institutions
