Description

Summary

My name is Huynh Phu Dat, a Vietnames, a victim of RAFFISH Judge: US Green Building Council. RAFFISH US Green Building Council was a judge & had 1 of 2014 Climate Colab contests: Creating public demand for Green Building

https://www.climatecolab.org/plans/-/plans/contests/2014/creating-public-demand-for-green-buildings

They stolen the idea” replanting destroyed plants” of my proposal on the 2014 MIT Climate Colab contest

https://www.climatecolab.org/contests/2014/creating-public-demand-for-green-buildings/phase/1300403/proposal/4101

Because of spending too much time for the contest, I lost job, house. US Green Building Council stole my 5 years work, they stole everything of a homeless victim.

What actions do you propose?

This is the way I found the problem

Huynh Phu Dat's face + NOAA + US Green Building standards

It's my 5 years work. In 2014, to build a building on an area which grow grass , bush , tree we have to destroy the plants . After finishing , US Green Building never replant the same kind of these destroyed plants at others places. 2014 green standards, sustainable design focus on energy, water, …., forget destroyed plants. No option about destroyed plants in LEED of US Green Building Council, this is the proof:

On-Site Restoration (2 points except Healthcare, 1 point Healthcare)Using native or adapted vegetation, restore 30% (including the building footprint) of all portions of the site identified as previously disturbed. Projects that achieve a density of 1.5 floor-area ratio may include vegetated roof surfaces in this calculation if the plants are native or adapted, provide habitat, and promote biodiversity. This is another proof without "replant destroyed plants" of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System

2014 Huynh Phu Dat's petition on Change.org:

I create this proposal to warn all MIT Climate Colab contestants and seeking a help of MIT Climate Colab staffs: Would MIT Climate Colab staffs help Huynh Phu Dat? Would MIT Climate Colab staffs contact US green Building Council and tell them couldn't steal an idea of Huynh Phu Dat's proposals. If he lost, why did they use his idea of 2014 Climate Colab contest. Pls tell them stop using the “replanting destroyed plants”, if they use the idea in 90 countries, at least they must apologize to Huynh Phu Dat.

I will try to contact US Green Building, Green Building Japan, Canada Green Building Council, German Green Building Association, Green Building Council of Australia, US EPA, ….... Do they have plainness or not? I hope I can find a good person who work in Green Industry can intervene, tell US Green Building stop using Huynh Phu Dat's 5 years old work and publicly sorry to Huynh Phu Dat. How many people here work in Green Industry, do you have plainness?

Who will take these actions?

RAFFISH Judge: US Green Building Council and all Green Building Council in 89 others countries

Where will these actions be taken?

Green Building projects

How will these actions have a high impact in addressing climate change?
