Comments from Judge 1:
While the idea of using zeolites does have merit based on the reference literature provided, the proposal is at this stage too underdeveloped to fully evaluate. I recommend that the author/s work on developing the basic concepts for the heater mechanisms, as this is the key towards harnessing the potential of the zeolites, and resubmit in the future.
Comments from Judge 2:
The technology has promise, but the proposal is not well developed. The author cut and pasted multiple paragraphs from the “extremetech.com” website without referencing that it was from another source. Furthermore, the proposed project is essentially repeating what the Extreme Tech company is already testing with a zeolite heater. Thus, I believe the author would need to develop unique content and an original approach to pursuing use of the zeolite material for building water heating. Alternatively, the author could suggest directly supporting the on-going research being done by others.
