As far as advocacy is concerned, this seems to be nice. But, I just wanted to check whether you have developed a case which says that this will not affect America's economy or probably on doing this will lead to a better future for America ? Showing numbers to the government is absolutely essential to make a case.

The Oregon Legislature has funded a study of potential impacts of putting a price on carbon emissions. The economic impacts and other findings of that study can be found in the last two references.
