I think you should study 'Freiburg City' in Germany as a model in detail. A glimpse can be seen in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=esv5czVf5L0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dNizN2e_Hnc I think that getting subsidies from the government is good, but then after that can u mobilize masses in a particular area for the production of solar panels and other alternative enrgy sources to reach the economies of scale. Thank you, very inspiring videos. Germany is a beautiful country and people definitely think a bit differently there. The government subsidies is only a way to get it kick started. Once people are paying into the program through their normal utility bills, the system would (I believe) be self funded. That's about the only way I think you'll get enough people on board in this country. Thanks again for your comment and links.
