To the Judges: I have revised my proposal based on the judges' comments for the semi-finalist phase. I have added estimations of emissions reductions for this proposal. I have also incorporated two other elements into the proposal, which are the growing of crops that are helpful for carbon sequestration, as well as the establishment of a carbon market for offsetting emissions.
