With the emmissions of green house gases set to skyrocket in India over the next few years, we have to help them find cleaner alternatives.

I think the amount of money spent by American taxpayers would be much more efficiently spent helping countries like India develop alternatives to coal than are now being spent by taxpayers on subsidies for $100,000 Teslas..

The bang for the buck would be huge compared to current projects run by the government.

What actions do you propose?

Get Congress to pass legislation that would allow money to be spent for other countries green house emissions reductions.

We have a global problem and no matter what the US does it wont matter if the  rest of the world is doing little to nothing.
