This system will work like the modern day VFD, it will control frequency to increase and decrease LED light output ON solar panels.



  This system will work in conjunction with solar farms battery systems and will supply power to remote structures. This system will use the stored energy to distribute light over solar panels to produce redundant power. This system will recycle artificial light using solar reflectors, water circulation in addition to sunlight that will distribute energy throughout the facility. 

 The recycled load will return to the main battery storage system. The system will function with inductive IP addressable appliances, and operating loads. The difference between this system and stand alone off grid systems is light Led light output spread across the solar panels to stabilize volt amps to minimize energy's usage.

What actions do you propose?

The direct impact it will have on climate change is that this system will be a self contained renewable energy source. Stored energy is becoming a force that could possibly become even stronger when it's self contained through recycled and controlled LED output. Through water flow, light output and renewable storage systems will soon become Zero Energy.

 Individuals will have to get use to the fact that energy will become free. Only maintenance and installations around the world will have to be accommodated.
