Roof gardens can serve as carbon sinks in locations reas that are otherwise unused.



The tweet pitch pretty much sums it up. If you have a garden on the roof of public buildings, it will serve as a place for carbon to be sequestered. This can also help with insulation, and in general is a nice feature to have!
