Vortech's VPU Unbinder: a Revolutionary technology facilitating materials disassembling themselves using acceleration and particle collision

Description

Summary

The Vortech Particle Unbinder (VPU) technology is based on the idea of liberating the individual components of composite material. Rather than crushing the material, this revolutionary technology facilitates the material disassembling itself using acceleration and particle collision. This makes the materials ripe for reuse.

Compared to standard millings systems the new milling system is able to outperform any milling system currently used in almost any industry. The unique configuration of the Unbinder adds other desirable capabilities such the ability to inject liquids, solids, or gases to further affect, control, and refine the milling process. More refined and efficient processes are being developed during the testing of different materials and operating conditions.

The Unbinder is a revolutionary milling technology based on particle reduction by air.  All past milling technologies a based on material impact with mill and pulverization.  Currently milling technologies require multiple passes to accomplish the same particle size as the Unbinder.  The VPU is unmatched in material process volume and particle size reduction.  The Unbinder uses 1/10th the power requirements to produce the same size and volume as any other milling technologies.

The Unbinder is the first mill that is able to break the 20 micro particle size barrier.  NASA has certified particle production down to 50 nanos.  The Unbinder is the first truly universal milling technology.  The Unbinder is able to  process all materials that are processed by every type of mill currently in use.  The Unbinder is also able to process materials that have been impossible in the past, such as banana flour and date flour.

The ability to process material to a sub 20 micron particle size without physical damage to cellular structure provides products with greatly increased shelf life.  The processing of materials with high aspect ratios and active surface energy provides unique products.

Category of the action

Reducing emissions from waste management

What actions do you propose?

Contact me at chadith@gmail.com and I will get you in touch with who you need to speak to at Vortech. if you have a facility that could utilize the technology. Or if you are interested in investing.

Who will take these actions?

It is already happening. We simply want to share the news with all of you here,  so you can think of new exciting ways that this technology can benefit mankind.

Where will these actions be taken?

Worldwide.

What are other key benefits?

The unique feature of the mill is its ability to suspend material in a vortex of fluid that is directed through the mill in a non-linear pattern. The stress that is directed on to the material being processed comminute the material along natural structural planes. The VPU allows precise control of velocity that best suits the material’s density to “tease it apart”, without aggressive exertion of energy, heat, noise, and other destructive forces.

An entire VPU milling process is easily adjustable to predetermined rotor velocities and rotational directions so that targeted components of the material being processed are not only comminuted but also liberated from the surrounding material with little or no physical impact or damage.

How much will emissions be reduced or sequestered vs. business as usual levels?
