I think this is a great idea with a lot of potential. You should work on completing the rest of the categories in the proposal so we can more clearly understand your plans for action. It might also be possible for some companies to allow people to work remotely....

Thanks Liz for your comment. I have completed the rest of the categories. You may have a look.. And of course, it might be possible for some companies to allow people to work remotely. It could be implemented in parallel or in a second phase.

The presentation is clear and the potential impacts well described. However, the proposed solution is not new and, hence, the key points should be the development of a methodology to evaluate the impacts and the detailed assessment of all the implementation problems, also on the basis of the existing similar case studies. The above issues are also linked, since a serious impact evaluation is also very important in order to obtain political consensus on the action. The proposal, actually is quite poor on both sides, presenting just an impact evaluation on a personal basis (also not very clearly described) and only an ordered check list of activities to be implemented.

Thank you Judges for the sound feedback. I understand the laxity was on my part, I never looked on web and did not put in much effort to know if such a proposal has ever been made before. Now, I understand what elements I need to incorporate to aid the proposal obtain a political consensus. I see you guys have shortlisted some of the very brilliant and elegant ideas. Thank you MIT CoLab for creating this platform.
