The proposal outlines a Citizens Climate March moving across the United State from LA to DC. The march is already happening and raising awareness about climate change. The march is already happening and they have success at gaining media and community attention. The challenge of this proposal is whether or not it will change the culture. I am not clear on how the march will change culture in significant ways.
