Summary
Competition is a powerful thing!!
If we develop a method to publicize improvements made by various entities (possibly grouped by categories) and make that information VERY public, the natural competitive nature of people can be used for the GOOD OF ALL!!

Changing public perceptions on climate change
What actions do you propose?
The organization that takes this on, would have to be viewed as being independent as possible (Not a government!) (Possibly an arm of the United Nations!)
And the view they have of this, would have to be from "the planet". This is a "planet" problem, not of individual enitities!

Where will these actions be taken?
How much will emissions be reduced or sequestered vs. business as usual levels?

What are other key benefits?
There may very easily be:
- A total shift in the attitudes of companies, toward social benefit, rather than pure profit
- A more "collective" view by countries, once they realize that "We are all in this together".
What are the proposal’s costs?
Costs should minimal, only be for the creation of this organization, and the subsequent collection of data.
