Thank you for your proposal and your interest in the Climate CoLab. Your proposal might have been better suited for the "Transportation: How can CO2 emissions from the transportation sector be reduced?" contest. That said, your proposal was also incomplete in that it relied on links to websites where additional information could apparently be found. This approach does not allow for people to properly learn about or assess your proposal in a timely fashion. As such, we cannot advance your proposal to the next round.
