CrowdSourcing Multi-Redundant Command and Control Architectures and Algorithms for Event Preparedness and Disaster Relief

Description

Summary

Timely, relevant, and information rich communications without emotive pollution of political bias.  The capacity to manage as many risk protocols as best we can.  Its more than merely Communications Redundancy, its Energy Generation Redundancy to facilitate the communications redundancy.

Systems of protocols to ensure vital data flow without needless communications overloading.  Not only speed/availability of information, but also relevant distribution, and thoughtful display.

Brainstorming potential data sources, when they might be relevant and how they might be useful.
