Judges'' comments

LCA and carbon accounting will certainly need to play more of a role in the future. However, the proposal does not clearly and thoroughly convey how this proposition could be implemented.

A 'no waste' eco label with scanning and tracking capabilities is interesting. However, labels and LCA already exist and the proposal provides no detail as to how it could be implemented. It also does not address the central theme of 'empower the public...to build awareness and demand for green buildings'
