The proposal is focused only on the Dell program as an existing example for e-waste recycling and it would give more confidence if it also recognized "extended producer responsibility" programs in the U.S. and other countries, as well as discussed existing efforts to link these via collaborative platforms. Also, you may want to check your budget (which we believe is rather low), and some of the statements that are technically incorrect, e.g., "E-waste buried in the landfill contributes to greenhouse gases (GHGs), especially methane."
