CO2 Next by Pro Oxygen

I agree in part.  Knowing the CO2 level and target is not a magic bullet that will get the job done.  But here's the "but."  Ending global climate change is essentially impossible without stabilizing atmospheric levels of the chief greenhouse gas, and it is hard to imagine that that is going to happen on its own--without widespread knowledge of the CO2 levels, need for stabilization and the deep, fast cuts needed to stabilize.   BTW, CO2Now.org was replaced by CO2.Earth in 2015.  Improvements were made but resources have yet to come available to achieve the full vision articulated in the CO2 Next proposal.   Also, my education and experience have progressed to focus the vision on mechanisms for accelerating learning, engagement and behaviour change that can transform habits, reduce emissions, draw down atmospheric levels, stabilize temperatures and stabilize life in the biosphere--a reversal of the cascading impacts that, even in 2019, just keeps getting worse at the planetary level.
