Support campus farms as essential components of a sustainable food system by UMCampusFarm

This is a proposal to encourage more campus farms like the one at the University of Michigan (and presumably at many land-grant colleges). It's certainly feasible on some scale, not really novel, would not have a big impact on climate, but would be a useful teaching tool, and the presentation needs to be elaborated and refined (no plan for exactly how this would start up, and only a few vague numbers for budget).
