Hi Randy,
Thank you for submitting a proposal. As a strategic planner myself, I appreciate your focus on the need to build replicable models for organizations to approach sustainability in an effective manner.
However, this contest is about climate change adaptation, and your proposal does not address adaptation specifically. I would suggest entering it into the "Local Solutions" contest.
Perhaps in future years we should consider having a contest about environmental management.

Thank you for your proposal. It had interesting elements, and we appreciate the thought and work that went into it. Here are suggestions for improving it:
• Presenting your specific position in the marketplace would strengthen the proposal, specifically what market advantage you’d hold over alternative models and organizations.
