Hi, it's exciting to see proposals that mention systems thinking! I think that this proposal along with Phil Henshaw's Natural Climax both have systems ideas in the descriptions. Are you aware of each other's work? Precycling insurance sounds very interesting. Is it similar to supply-chain work that Randy Kirchain does? Has it been implemented somewhere? One thing, though. How did you actually calculate your action plan for emissions reductions? Is it based on any calculations for how much precycling insurance or other actions will contribute? I'm just wondering.
